 Once you have checked that your desired date is available and booked your party in please download a booking form (see below), complete your party's details and return to us by either emailing it to sidmoutharms@gmail.com, sending a copy to the pub or handing it to a member of staff. For larger parties a spreadsheet booking form is available; please e-mail or telephone the pub to request a copy.
